The Account Executive (AE) at Power Studio is responsible for converting qualified opportunities into closed revenue across our portfolio of high-ticket offers. This role owns the sales conversation from discovery through close, working with pre-qualified prospects generated by the SDR team.


As a revenue owner, the AE is expected to lead confident, consultative sales calls, clearly articulate value, handle objections, and guide prospects toward decisive action. This is a performance-driven role designed for closers who thrive in accountability, autonomy, and high earning potential.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Closing

Conduct structured sales calls with SDR-qualified prospects, deliver compelling presentations, diagnose needs, and close high-ticket offers aligned with client goals.

Discovery & Needs Analysis

Lead deep discovery conversations to understand the prospect’s pain points, decision criteria, financial readiness, and urgency, ensuring strong deal alignment.

Objection Handling

Address concerns with confidence and clarity, reposition value, and overcome resistance without pressure or misrepresentation.

Pipeline & Deal Management

Manage active opportunities in GoHighLevel (GHL), ensuring accurate deal stages, notes, follow-ups, and clean pipeline data.

Collaboration with SDRs

Work closely with the SDR team to provide feedback on lead quality, refine qualification standards, and improve show rates and close rates.

Revenue & Performance Tracking

Consistently meet or exceed closing KPIs, including close rate, average deal size, revenue generated, and cycle time.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven Closer

Demonstrated success closing high-ticket offers ($5,000–$25,000+) in a consultative sales environment.

Strong Communicator

Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication with the ability to lead conversations and command trust.

Outcome-Driven

Highly motivated, accountable, and comfortable with performance-based compensation tied directly to results.

Process-Oriented

Follows structured sales frameworks, maintains CRM discipline, and executes consistently without micromanagement.

Adaptable & Coachable

Open to feedback, continuous improvement, and evolving sales strategies across multiple offers.

Compensation & Structure

  • Commission-only role
  • 10% commission per closed deal
  • Average ticket size: $5,000 to $50,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+ per year
  • Strong performers consistently earn $10,000–$15,000+ per month
