The Growth Operator at Power Studio is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling revenue growth systems across our portfolio of high-ticket offers. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations—owning the levers that drive lead flow, conversion efficiency, and revenue expansion.


Unlike traditional marketing roles, the Growth Operator is an execution-focused operator. This role tests, launches, and optimizes funnels, acquisition channels, messaging, and automation while working closely with sales leadership to ensure growth initiatives translate directly into closed revenue.

Primary Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution


  • Design and execute growth strategies across acquisition, conversion, and monetization for high-ticket offers.
  • Launch, test, and optimize funnels, campaigns, and offers to increase qualified lead volume and revenue efficiency.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across traffic sources, partnerships, upsells, and backend monetization.

Funnel & Conversion Optimization


  • Own end-to-end funnel performance, from first touch through booked calls and closed deals.
  • Analyze drop-off points and conversion metrics to improve opt-in rates, show rates, close rates, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align messaging, qualification, and offer positioning.

Systems, Automation & Infrastructure


  • Build and manage growth infrastructure using GoHighLevel (GHL), including funnels, automations, pipelines, and tracking.
  • Implement attribution, reporting, and dashboards to ensure clear visibility into growth performance.
  • Ensure clean handoffs between marketing, SDRs, and closers through automation and process design.

Testing, Analytics & Optimization


  • Run structured experiments across ads, landing pages, email/SMS, scripts, and offers.
  • Track and report on key growth metrics including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, revenue per lead, and ROI.
  • Double down on winning strategies and quickly cut underperforming initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and operators to ensure growth initiatives align with capacity and revenue goals.
  • Provide data-backed insights to leadership on market response, objections, and scaling opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven Growth Operator

  • Demonstrated experience driving growth for high-ticket offers through funnels, sales systems, or revenue operations.
  • Strong understanding of direct response, lead generation, and sales-driven growth models.

Execution-First Mindset

  • Highly action-oriented with the ability to launch, test, and iterate quickly.
  • Comfortable owning results and operating without hand-holding.

Analytical & Data-Driven

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel and revenue data to make decisions.
  • Experience building dashboards, tracking attribution, and measuring ROI.

Systems & Technical Competence

  • Advanced experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is mandatory.
  • Comfortable building automations, pipelines, integrations, and reporting infrastructure.

Adaptable & Resourceful

  • Thrives in fast-moving environments with evolving offers and priorities.
  • Able to solve problems independently and cross-functionally.
