This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling the systems, processes, and leadership required to drive consistent, predictable revenue across a portfolio of high-ticket offers.
As a senior revenue leader, the Sales Director works closely with executive leadership to translate growth targets into executable sales strategy. This role manages Sales Managers, oversees performance across SDR and AE teams, and ensures the organization operates with clarity, accountability, and operational excellence.
