The Sales Manager at Power Studio is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing sales organization across our portfolio of high-ticket offers. This role owns sales execution at the team level—ensuring SDRs and Account Executives operate with clarity, discipline, and accountability to consistently hit revenue targets.


As the bridge between strategy and execution, the Sales Manager drives performance through coaching, process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and culture. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for experienced sales leaders who thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environments and take full ownership of results.

Primary Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management


  • Lead, coach, and manage SDRs and Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed activity, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
  • Set clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability rhythms across the sales team.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy & Execution


  • Implement and refine sales processes, scripts, qualification standards, and closing frameworks across the portfolio.
  • Ensure consistent execution of discovery, qualification, and closing best practices at every stage of the funnel.
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities within the sales pipeline and take corrective action quickly.

Forecasting & Revenue Ownership


  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue projections across SDR and AE teams.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including lead-to-appointment rate, show rate, close rate, average deal size, and sales cycle length.
  • Drive predictable revenue performance through data-backed decisions and proactive management.

CRM & Systems Management


  • Maintain strict CRM discipline in GoHighLevel (GHL), ensuring accurate pipeline stages, notes, reporting, and handoffs.
  • Enforce CRM standards and visibility to support forecasting, performance tracking, and leadership alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to align lead flow, offer positioning, and sales capacity.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, market response, objections, and messaging to continuously improve conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven Sales Leader

  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling high-ticket sales teams ($5,000–$50,000+ offers).
  • Strong background as a top-performing closer with a deep understanding of consultative sales.

Strong Coach & Communicator

  • Ability to coach sales reps with clarity, confidence, and direct feedback.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership presence.

Data-Driven & Process-Oriented

  • Highly analytical with the ability to diagnose performance issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Disciplined in sales processes, KPI tracking, and CRM execution.

Execution-Focused

  • Results-oriented leader who holds themselves and their team accountable for outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in a commission-only, performance-based environment.

Technically CompetentAdvanced experience with CRM systems is required; GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is mandatory.

Compensation & Structure

  • Commission-only role
  • Override on team revenue + potential performance bonuses
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+ per year
  • Earnings scale directly with team performance and revenue growth
